Along with “in-home” pet sitting, I also offer Pet Tech PetSaver Class, the premier Pet CPR, First Aid & Care program, where you will learn how to handle many “first response” life-threatening situations that can affect your pets or the pets in your care such as bleeding, choking, poisoning, trauma injuries, snakebites, insect bites, etc. You will learn how to perform rescue breathing and CPR and how to access which one is needed in a given situation. 

December 2012, I personally completed the PetSaver and the PET FIRST AID/CPR courses thru PET TECH. I was so impressed with the instructors and the course content; I knew right away that I wanted all my pet sitters to complete this training. After completing the PetSaver class as a student, I knew I wanted to be an instructor and immediately signed up for the next instructor class. 

Every day our pets are capable of finding themselves in life-threatening situations. Sometimes there is nothing we can do to help them. But, if we are properly trained in Pet CPR, First Aid and Pet Care, the "PET TECH" way, we all will know exactly what we can do and, how to help them. We won’t even hesitate, because we will do our job with confidence. 

In my business, my sitters and I are more exposed to any number of situations; from minor cuts to life-threatening situations. That is why it became so important to me to become an Instructor and for every sitter to have taken the class. I can assure you that between the pet experiences that I have had throughout my life and through my business, along with the extensive training I have completed through PET TECH, both as a student and as an instructor, you are going to leave my class well-equipped to handle any pet situation that comes your way.
